By attending Desert Muse Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Festival activities, including but not limited to wellness classes, yoga, movement activities, workshops, sound experiences, outdoor activities, entertainment, pool activities, and social events.
You acknowledge that participation may involve physical activity and agree to participate at your own discretion and risk.
Attendees are responsible for consulting their own medical professionals regarding participation in any activity.

If you do not wish to appear in media coverage, please notify Festival staff in writing prior to the event.

By registering for and attending Desert Muse Festival, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, livestreams, and other media may be captured during the event and used by Desert Muse Entertainment, LLC for promotional, marketing, advertising, editorial, website, and social media purposes without compensation or additional approval.
You further acknowledge that any profile photo, name, biography, social media handle, or attendee information voluntarily provided during registration may be shared within the Festival experience for networking, community-building, attendee engagement, or event-related purposes.
By attending and participating in Desert Muse Festival activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to wellness activities, yoga, workshops, movement classes, entertainment, pool activities, outdoor experiences, and social gatherings.
You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Desert Muse Entertainment, LLC, Desert Muse Festival, and their owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Festival.
