Enjoy a guided introduction along with the healing frequencies of quartz crystal, singing bowls, hand pan, rain stick, chimes, flute, and ethereal vocal harmonies, perfect for a women's wellness retreat.

This is a women-only all-levels session. Bring your own yoga mat and blanket/towel.

Rooftop Yin & Deep Stretch Yoga

Join us for a rejuvenating experience at the Desert Muse Festival with our women-only Rooftop Yin and Deep Stretch Yoga practice. Unwind under the open sky, as this session focuses on calming your mind and body, helping to release tension and restore balance—perfect for a wellness weekend.

Admire the sweeping views of Camelback Mountain and Downtown Scottsdale from atop the seven-story tower at sunrise while connecting with your inner self and letting go of stuck emotions as part of your women's wellness retreat.

Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues, including ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones, enhancing flexibility and releasing stored tension. Floor-based poses are held in stillness for 3–5 minutes, allowing gravity to gently deepen each stretch.

This is an all-levels session exclusively for women. Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat and yoga towel. You may also want to bring sunscreen or apply it before attending.

Mind-Body Wellness Workshop at the Desert Muse Festival

Join us for a transformative wellness weekend designed specifically for women, where you will explore growth, creativity, emotional wellness, embodiment, and authentic expression. Led by two experienced healing guides, Olivia Halliday and Dr. Danite, this women’s wellness retreat combines honest conversation, exploration of feminine and masculine energies, embodied movement, sensuality teachings, reflection, and authentic connection to awaken your inner muse.

Choose between a half-day experience from 8:00–11:30 a.m. or make the most of your day with the full-day experience from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Full-day participants will enjoy a nourishing lunch and spend the afternoon diving into themes of community, sisterhood, identity, and relationships through journaling, playful connection, shared reflection, and a meaningful Integration & Intention Ceremony.

This is an exclusive women-only soul-level workshop.
